“We Are All God’s Creation, Avoid Human Rights Violation”

  • J.P.S has been organizing health camps and eye camps every month at various villages and schools. Following this, free medicines prescribed by doctors are being distributed.

To date, 21 eye operations have been successfully conducted. More than 200 free spectacles have also being given. Quilts, mosquito nets and clothes are also being provided at regular intervals.

Steps have been adopted for malaria and dengue prevention in villages. Recently vaccination for Hepatitis B has been given to 40 students of Koirapur Vidyapith Vidyasagar at Purba Burdwan. Previously vaccination camps have also been carried out at Bukadi, near Koirabera dam and also in Purulia.

  • Sanitary pad vending machines have been installed at various schools across our state. Our Plan of Action includes providing a lucid presentation to the girls of these schools regarding hygienic habits that need to be adhered to during those days of the month.

  • JPS’s carnival drive strives to bring a smile on the faces of the pavement dwellers during the festive season by distributing cakes, blankets, and clothes to them on 24th December midnight. The success of JPS rests on the unremitting fervor of a handful of bohemians.
